    "If you own a bike, you need to own lube, end of story.

    Not only does it prolong the life of your chain and cassette, but it means that it will be much quieter in operation too.

    This 'ceramic' lube from Muc-Off does cost a bit more than normal lubes, but having used it for a few months now it does seem to last longer than lubes I've used in the past, even in very wet and muddy conditions. It is also far less messy, it doesn't seem to spray off the bike and onto your frame/legs...
